This global financial information company is looking for a Commercial lawyer to join their dynamic and busy legal team.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling negotiations, drafting and advising on new product initiatives, strategies, service operating procedures, licensing and distribution agreements, partnership arrangements and commercial contracts.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City firm, have gained experience in-house in the financial services sector in commercial contracts, IP, IT, licencing work. This front-line role requires a confident, commercially minded lawyer with high levels of autonomy and an ability to manage complicated projects, excellent drafting skills, attention to detail, and a pro-active approach.
