Singapore – Banking - Finance - Capital Markets - US Securities – 7 years PQE

This outstanding international law firm is looking to recruit a US qualified lawyer into its Capital Markets team in Singapore. The team has an excellent reputation advising a range of issuers and underwriters on debt and equity matters. The team are very active across the Asian markets, advising on deals with US elements in India, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.

You will be a US qualified capital markets lawyer with 7 years PQE at a top tier UK or US firm. You will have solid technical skills and a strong academic record. You will be passionate about getting involved in business development, and will be client focused in your approach.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career working on cross border US securities capital markets deals across the Asia Pacific region. 

Two of our London Consultants have  over 6 years experience of working in Singapore and placing candidates with this firm.
