One of the US’ finest law firms is looking to recruit a bilingual (Italian and English) legal PA to work for one of their corporate Partners (native Italian) and team, however language skills are the most important part of the role as they have a strong contingent of Italian clients so you will need to liaise via telephone and email in a fluent fashion. Previous legal PA experience is a priority, this can be from any area of law, however if you are a technically strong, fluent Italian speaking EA/PA/Secretary from within professional services/banking then please apply. This firm is based in stunning offices in the City and this role really offers you a full variety of work including strong PA and administrative duties in relation to detailed travel and diary management. Strong IT/MS Office skills are a necessity as is the ability to multi-task and work proactively. The team have been described as good to work for and will keep you busy in a fast paced environment.
