Due to the continued growth of the Priory business, an opportunity has arisen to join the busy in-house legal team at Priory. You will take the lead on ensuring we have robust commercial contracts with our commissioners as well as providing clear practical advice on a range of issues to over 300 sites.  

This is a role of unusual diversity and influence. Working as part of our talented in-house legal team, you will use your expertise to ensure that we meet our commercial objectives. This will include reviewing, negotiating and agreeing the terms of commercial contracts and related documents for the provision of both new and existing Priory Group services. You will also advise on, prepare and negotiate MOUs, NDAs and joint venture agreements and related contracts with NHS Foundation and Partnership Trusts. Helping to resolve contractual disputes will be another key part of your brief and we will rely on you to keep abreast of emerging trends and changes in this rapidly evolving area of law.

With at least five years’ PQE and substantial experience in commercial contracts you will be a strong team player and will be able to adapt and respond to new opportunities by thinking creatively, laterally and commercially.  You will also be able to provide advisory support in relation to a range of regulatory and commercial issues including data protection, intellectual property, regulatory compliance and health and safety.
