Our client, a Top 50 City firm is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to support the Corporate team for 9-12 months on a fixed term contract basis covering maternity leave.
You will cover all aspects of knowledge management along with responsibility for knowhow and training. The role also involves occasional support to the wider Corporate department.
The successful individual is likely to have upwards of 5+ PQE, with previous fee-earning and/or corporate PSL experience gained at a Top 100 or international firm along with strong technical skills. Public M&A and ECM knowledge and experience will be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
The firm will consider applicants seeking a full-time, or a part-time (4 days a week) opportunity.
