Senior ISDA Negotiator

One role would be based within an ongoing project team who are responsible for cleansing a range of traded derivative documentation , cleansing historical agreements and making them fit for purpose for further use. The second role would be working within the main ISDA documentation team , with candidates being responsible for the negotiation of ISDA , CSA and Future and Options agreements.

Candidates are required to have at least 5 years experience of negotiating range of master agreements ,with extensive exposure to asset classes in the investment banking and fund management world .We will consider both qualified lawyers as well as experienced Negotiators who have significant experience of working within this space.
