Corporate/Funds Lawyers – Leading Offshore Firm – Channel Islands

This Global offshore law firm is thriving and both of its Channel Islands offices are growing substantially.  As part of this growth it is seeking experienced Corporate and/or Funds Lawyers and can accommodate applicants at both mid and senior level Associate, in both its Jersey and Guernsey offices. 

This is high-quality work advising on the offshore elements of major transactions.  You can expect to take on plenty of responsibility for managing clients so strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet are essential.  You are likely to have at least two years’ relevant experience from a well-respected corporate law firm.  Whilst City experience is welcomed it is not essential and applicants from leading regional UK firms and from Australia/NZ are encouraged to apply.    

Salary packages are at City levels with a maximum tax rate of 20%, strong bonus potential, full benefits and relocation, and plenty of scope for career progression.
