Real Estate Finance Solicitors NQ-2 PQE & 2+ PQE

They are now eager to recruit two Property Finance Solicitors due to an increasing caseload. They need a March newly qualified to 2 PQE and a 2-5 PQE solicitor. The ideal candidate will have London experience.

The Real estate finance team comprises a number of lawyers who have wide-ranging experience of working for a selection of UK clearing banks and specialist property lenders.  The team advises on property lending for a mixture of lenders and investors.

In addition to property lending and security work, our experience in areas such as property investment and investment funds enables us to understand and advise on complex offshore structures which are becoming more part of the day-to-day lending business of our clients.

Our work includes security transactions on single and multi-let investments, development and re-development opportunities and corporate structured investments into vehicles which are carrying out such projects.

By drawing upon our understanding of the needs of both borrowers and lenders, we are able to suggest innovative lending structures and mechanisms. We also recognise that our clients are in a competitive environment and we therefore work with them to set time benchmarks when initiating a transaction.

As many of the transactions increasingly involve complex tax saving structures and offshore elements, the team is multidisciplinary, including specialists in tax, corporate, construction and planning matters. Our understanding of the marketplace ensures that we are able to deliver commercial and efficient solutions for our clients.
