Corporate M&A Counsel - Pharma Sector - Switzerland

Global pharmaceutical company is seeking to add a corporate M&A counsel to their existing legal team in Switzerland.

You will be part of an international legal team advising the business on highly complex cross-border M&A transactions. In particular, you will be responsible for managing and executing these transactions and ensuring high quality and timely legal advice on all matters is provided. Working closely with M&A, functional and divisional colleagues, you will be conducting and/or coordinating legal due diligence, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation and contracts as well as coordinating cross-divisional and cross-functional input on M&A legal work streams. Furthermore, your responsibility will also encompass the co-ordination and execution of closing of transactions.

You have trained and qualified at a leading law firm and have at least four years professional experience, ideally including in-house experience. You must be fluent in English - other European languages may be advantageous.
