A new AVP level position has arisen for a qualified lawyer with circa 2-5 year's post qualified experience to work for a leading name in global banking. You will support the M&A legal team in advising the group and its business units globally in relation to mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate law matters.

 

Experience:

  • Track record in high value, high quality multi jurisdictional M&A work.
  • Excellent training and academics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
