Personal Injury Chartered Legal Executive, Sheffield - A national full service law firm seek a Personal Injury Chartered Legal Executive to join their team based in central Sheffield. It is essential that candidates have experience managing multi track personal injury files and the ideal candidate will also have experience of managing complex serious injury claims such as brain injury claims involving adults or children.

Our client was established just over 100 years ago and has developed to become a nationally leading firm. The firm have won a vast amount awards including 'Claimant Solicitor of the Year.' This recruit is an expansion role and our client is really looking for a passionate and driven serious injury fee earner.

The Role
-You will be required to manage a caseload of high quality broad ranging serious injury matters including serious orthopaedic and brain injury claims for children and adults, fatal injuries and psychiatric injury
-You will work under the supervision of a skilled fee earner who will support you in role
-This role will also involve some business development and marketing

The Candidate
-You should be confident able to hit the ground running from day one although you will receive support as and so required
-Due to the sensitivity of the matters you will be exposed to it is essential you possess excellent client care and communication skills
- The team is extremely busy at the moment and you should therefore naturally cope well under pressure, have good organisational skills and therefore be able to meet tight deadlines
