Personal Injury Team Leader, Sheffield - A national full service law firm seek a Personal Injury Chartered Legal Executive to join and help lead their team based in central Sheffield. It is essential that candidates have experience managing multi track personal injury files and the ideal candidate will have experience of managing neurotrauma cases.

Our client was established just over 100 years ago and has developed to become a nationally leading firm. The firm have won a vast amount awards including 'Claimant Solicitor of the Year.' This recruit is an expansion role and our client is really looking for a passionate and driven serious injury fee earner.

The Role
-This role is within our clients Serious Injury and Neurotrauma team and you will manage a wide variety of multi track files including brain, spinal cord and serious orthopaedic injuries, including limb amputations and cases arising out of fatal accidents
-You will be a senior member of the team and therefore play an integral role in the growth and leadership of the team. As a senior member of the team you will lead the investigation and litigation on complex cases, working to maximise client damages
-You will be responsible for leading a team of paralegals and litigation assistants
-There will be an element of business development and marketing in this role

The Candidate
-You should have strong experience managing a serious injury caseload and ideally have some management experience or possess strong leadership skills
-For this role it is essential you have a strong appetite for business development and are able to build strong and lasting relationships with medical experts
-Due to the sensitivity of the matters you will be exposed to it is essential you possess excellent client care and communication skills
