CSR Assistant

Located in the heart of the City this top international law firm is looking for a CSR Assistant to join their team of HR professionals.  Reporting into the CSR and Diversity Manager this position will see you working in a close knit team providing support for a range of CR and HR projects.  The business holds a genuine commitment to their CSR strategy and is consistently looking to enhance and offer more.

This role will see you working across the business with Diversity Partners as well as trainees to raise the profile of the function both in London and internationally.  You will be responsible for coordinating annual benchmark reports leading community committee meetings taking minutes and following up on actions.  Along with working with internal groups the role will see you liaising with charities to coordinate volunteering activities.

The business is looking to meet confident, enthusiastic and proactive candidates who understand the importance of CSR and diversity within the workplace and have a genuine interest in this area.  This role will also see you offering support to the Graduate Recruitment team in relation to fairs, assessment days and other projects. You will be educated to degree level and have at least 12 to 18 months experience ideally within a law firm or in a professional services environment.  You will possess excellent communication and team working skills with the ability to interact confidently at all levels.
