Our client seeks a bright (not less than 2:1 degree) and enthusiastic assistant solicitor with specialist experience of commercial property and real estate transactions. The team based in South Manchester acts for a diverse range of clients and you will be managing a broad range of instructions including:

• Freehold sales and purchases of the full range of property;
• Landlord and Tenant lease work acting for both for Landlords and Tenants;
• Asset management work for property investor clients;
• Secured lending work for banks and other financial institutions;
• Corporate support property work for corporate transactions.

The nature of the role requires not less than 1 yrs’ PQE but all applications will be considered
