Purpose of the role: To contribute to the effectiveness of the Management Information team by providing a comprehensive and efficient support to the team, over two locations (Chelmsford and London)
MAIN DUTIES:
- To assist the MI team in monitoring compliance SLAs and KPIs.
- To assist the MI team in monitoring MI entry for particular fee earning teams
- To be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the MI team email and calendar.
- To undertake adhoc data entry exercises as and when required by the MI team.
- To assist the MI team with the creation of weekly and monthly reports.
- To responsible for creating presentation documentation for the MI team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Intermediate user of Excel.
- Previous administrative work experience.
- GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths.
