Planning Lawyer
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced planning and highways lawyer to join a Local Authority's legal team on an interim basis whilst they recruit to the post on a permanent basis. The post will be for a minimum of 6 months, on a 3 day per week basis.
The caseload will involve:
- Drafting and negotiating complex planning agreements,
- Advising on highway schemes,
- Attending and advising at planning committees,
- Acting as advocate in relation to planning enforcement and rights of way public inquires.
Person specification
A qualified solicitor or equivalent with recent, demonstrable experience in local authority planning and highways law.
