Ethics & Compliance Director - EMEAR

Global industrial equipment manufacturer and supplier to heavy industries is seeking to appoint an Ethics & Compliance Director to support the EMEAR region.

Reporting into the Head of Ethics and Compliance you will manage a small team and are responsible of ensuring business is conducted in adherence with regulations and Codes of Conduct as well as collaborating with colleagues to create new processes and policies. Furthermore you will also provide training to members of staff across the EMEAR region as well as reacting towards and providing solutions for alleged breaches of rules and regulations.

You have acquired at least eight years professional experience working in a Compliance environment at a multi-national company. You are a trained lawyer, financial services or IT professional by background and are seeking a new challenge to drive your career forward. A willingness to travel frequently is essential for this position as well as being fluent in German and English. In addition you are a team player with excellent communication skills. This position can either be based in Germany, Switzerland or one of the company's other European locations.
