Real Estate Fund Transactional Lawyer - Switzerland

Leading asset management specialist is seeking to add to their legal team in Switzerland to be based near Zurich.

You will work together in a small team and assist the business in the formation and structuring of private real estate funds in different jurisdictions as well as supporting the real estate and private equity business in general legal matters.

You have trained and qualified at a leading law firm and have at least five years' post qualification experience as a transactional lawyer with a particular focus on funds and real estate. Experience in a common law jurisdiction as well as prior in-house experience are advantageous. Fluency and the ability to draft and negotiate in English are a must, knowledge of other European languages is advantageous.
