Compliance & Legal Counsel - Switzerland

Global energy services company is seeking to recruit a Compliance and Legal Counsel to join their existing legal team in the German speaking part of Switzerland.

The majority of your workload will be supporting the business in relation to important compliance issues, such as anti-bribery and anti-corruption as well as developing internal guidelines and codes of conduct further. You will also work closely together with the Compliance team in devising training for members of staff and delivering this training across the business.

In addition you will also advise the business in relation to data protection issues and help develop a global data privacy policy as well as supporting the business in more general legal matters, such as corporate housekeeping and drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

You are a Swiss lawyer having acquired at least one year experience working in a law firm or in-house environment. Admittance to the Swiss Bar is not required. You have prior Compliance experience and are looking for a new challenge to develop your career further in an international company.
