Compliance Analyst

A top city law firm is looking for a compliance analyst to join their team in Birmingham. This firm has a great national as well as international presence and sits in the top 30 firms in the city.

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding team and to gain experience in a broad compliance position. You will be responsible for carrying out conflicts searches, as well as client due diligence checks and be expected to make decisions about the search results. You will work closely with the other members of the team and with the team manager on more complex cases as needed. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a friendly, close-knit team where you will be in close contact with senior members of the team and be given a lot of responsibility.

In order to be considered for this position, you must have been educated to a degree level, and ideally have some previous experience in a similar position. You must also have the ability to analyse complex data, corporate structures and money laundering regulations. Excellent written and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise workload are essential.
