A boutique private wealth firm are looking to hire an experienced legal secretary on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading firm specialising in private client.


Our client is looking for a highly motivated and efficient secretary to provide secretarial support to this busy and high performing team.

Responsibilities:
• Typing
• Digital dictation
• Filing
• Diary Management
• Phone Management
• Managing Inboxes/electronic filing

Requirements:
• Previous experience working for a law firm ideally within private practise
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word
• Ability to work efficiently on your own initiative
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients
