New York – Global Securities – Associate - 4-6 years (US)

We enjoy a close working relationship with this elite NY firm which is seeking an associate to join their global securities team in their New York office. We have placed many lawyers into the firm’s NY office and have a very strong understanding of what the firm is looking for in its new recruits. The  Global Securities team has a long established, leading global reputation for domestic and international securities transactions with multi-jurisdictional elements. The team advises key parties in significant equity and debt offerings in both public and private transactions.

You will be an associate with 4 - 6 years of global securities experience at a top tier US firm. You will have a strong academic record, excellent technical skills and a commercial focus.
