Structured Finance 3 -4 pqe ; Technology Transactions  2 – 4 pqe ; Banking & Leveraged Finance 1 – 5 pqe ; Corporate M&A 2- 6 pqe UK

Our client is one of the Global Elite US firms and the recruiting team have told us that the CVs we are sending to them are getting the attention of the partners. We have placed a number of lawyers with this firm so far this year and because of the firm’s continued success it is  still growing and has room for more exceptional lawyers. This is a firm that is being talked about by other premier firms and it is truly stealing a march on other top US and UK firms because of the strength of both its New York and London offices and client offering.

You will join this firm if you want to work with global elite clients on headline deals and you will be uniquely positioned to work on Trans Atlantic deals. Only one other US firm enjoys this same positioning.

We are seeking lawyers to work in the following groups:

Structured Finance 4 – 6 years / 3 -4 pqe UK

Technology Transactions 3 – 6 years / 2 – 4 pqe UK

Banking & Leveraged Finance 3 – 7 years / 1 – 5 pqe UK

Corporate M&A 2- 6 pqe UK (must have UK public company deal experience)

Salaries for these roles start at £95 000.
