There is an opportunity to join a leading law firm in Johannesburg to work on Energy / Construction / Infrastructure Projects, across Africa. The firm is recognised as one of the leaders in Projects and Infrastructure work on the continent across a range of sectors including Mining Projects, Energy and Natural Resources, Renewable Energy and Infrastructural Development.
The firm is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate with Front End EPC / Construction experience. Some Project development experience will also be beneficial. You will be proficient in EPC contracts, FIDIC, PPAs, Concessions Agreements, Off take Agreements having worked either at a leading law firm or in-house.
You will be a key member of the team and instrumental in growing and developing the practice with excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with a range of clients including governments, banks, corporations and sponsors.
