Residential Conveyancer - Reputable, Derby based firm, seeks residential conveyance to join them on a short term temporary basis. This excellent opportunity will see you dealing with very good quality work, joining a large and longstanding firm. The ideal candidate would be able to handle a full residential conveyancing workload, as well as their own administration. The firm is looking to pay £25 - £30 per hour.
The Role
- Broad caseload of residential conveyancing matters, which will include sales, mortgages, and purchases
- Dealing with residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Temporary role

- Experienced in residential conveyancing and able to handle a broad caseload
- Open to a range of experience levels, as long as the candidate can handle their own caseload
