CLAIMANT RTA PARALEGAL / LEGAL EXECUTIVE – MANCHESTER

An opportunity has recently arisen for a Legal Executive or experienced paralegal with litigated claimant RTA experience to join this dynamic Manchester team.

• Previous Experience: Proven claimant RTA experience carrying a mostly litigated caseload.

Our client is a highly successful national law firm with a respected personal injury department representing clients across the full range of personal injury disciplines. This is a well-established, efficiently run team which operates across a broad spectrum of RTA from fast track work to more complex high value catastrophic injury-related cases.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to the continued organic growth of the Manchester-based department an opportunity has arisen for a fee earner to handle a caseload of litigated RTA files, which fall outside the MOJ portal. As such any candidates wishing to apply must demonstrate:

• At least on year of previous experience handling a litigated RTA caseload;
• The ability to work unsupervised;
• A thorough working knowledge of the relevant CPR rules; and
• The ability to work in a fast-paced target-orientated environment.
