A global investment bank is looking for a couple of lawyers to assist with a repapering exercise. Sitting within the in-house legal department supporting the structured products business, this role will see you repapering relationships with counterparties to ensure compliance with minimum sales standards. The initial contract term will be for 3 months but it is estimated the project will run for longer.
