The Conveyancing team of this national law firm are looking for a Residential Property solicitor who has a passion for Real Estate and is looking to build a long term career with one of the leading players in the North West and national market.

BACKGROUND
Conveyancing is an area of law currently enjoying a significant resurgence in the current economic climate. As a result a Residential Property Solicitor with proven Conveyancing experience is urgently needed to take on a busy caseload within the specialist Conveyancing team of this leading full service law firm.
The team receives work from a portfolio of private clients, investors and national referrers, who ensure a steady supply of quality work. The department itself has an excellent national reputation and services its Residential Property clients from key offices around the country.
CASELOAD
The successful candidate will inherit a caseload of Residential Conveyancing files which must be progressed through to completion (around 25 completions per month). Therefore, prospective candidates must have a sound understanding of the Conveyancing process enabling them to work autonomously, but with the assistance of a highly effective support structure.
Organisational and communicational skills are essential as is the ability to manage the support staff where necessary. The successful candidate will benefit from an excellent team of Conveyancing Assistants who enable each fee earning Conveyancer to focus on transactional work.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ideally, the role is best suited to a Conveyancing Solicitor with at least one year of post qualification experience, handling a Residential Property caseload. However, due to the demand of Conveyancing fee earners, our client is also prepared to consider applications from newly qualified conveyancers who are able to demonstrate a solid background in Conveyancing having gained experience during their training contract or previously as a paralegal.
Applications will also be considered from Paralegals, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives, who are committed to forging a career in Residential Property.
