LONDON – CONTENTIOUS/NON-CONTENTIOUS CONSTRUCTION – 8yrs+ pqe

Our international client is looking to add to its leading Construction/ projects  practice and seeks a dynamic Senior construction lawyer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent move for a senior associate seeking a new challenge working on 50:50 contentious and non-contentious construction in the infrastructure, energy, oil and gas industries. You will advise on a mix of disputes involving energy and infrastructure projects and NEC, JCT, FIDIC and IChemE contracts. Domestic/ international arbitration experience including ICC and LCIA rules is essential. You will have solid non-contentious experience which includes drafting EPC contracts.
