Your Mission

We are looking for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial team. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused start up environment, working on conveyancing files from inception to completion and being the When You Move brand in the market.

• Be part of a like-minded group of Conveyancing Paralegals
• You will have sound technical knowledge of all conveyancing matters
• Possess excellent communication skills; be able to demonstrate attention to detail with sound numerical ability.

 Your Track Record

• The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience
• You be expected to support other members of the Conveyancing team in handling sales and purchases
• You will have a pro-active approach towards conveyancing and be looking for new ways to help drive the conveyancing department forward.

• You don’t like being thrown in at the deep end. You like to jump yourself
• You possess strong process techniques
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the conveyancing sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• You think in achievements, not in departments, responsibilities or hierarchies
