Expanding Corporate unit led by a high profile partner is seeking to recruit an ambitious corporate specialist ideally with 1-4 years pqe. The caseload will be wide ranging encompassing all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, management buy ins, buy outs and corporate finance.
You will need to be commercially astute and have the ability to provide clear and concise practical legal advice. As you will be working direct with a ‘name’ partner you will have the opportunity to gain experience of top quality work.
