Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor
City of London
The firm have been established for 100+ years and have a unique culture which really stands them out from the crowd. They are really dynamic, progressive and offer a fast track to Partnership. The firm have won a number of awards for the work that they do. They have a strong presence in the Property market and deal with HNW work and have a client base that spans both individuals including HNW and SME's to some FTSE 250 companies.
The firm have a huge client base and have more work coming in than they can service. The firm have been growing the Enfranchisement department for the last few years and some fee earners do it as a full caseload and some do it as a part.
The firm are seeking an Enfranchisement Solicitor who has at least 3 years PQE in dealing with non-contentious Enfranchisement matters. There is the opportunity here to be the number 1 in the department if you have enough experience and the Partner wants to focus on other areas of the firm. If you have collective Enfranchisement experience then this will be to advantage but is not essential.
