Lawyer : Dispute Resolution, Competion law

Ranked as one of the top 20 global companies by both market capitalisation and global turnover, one of their specialist legal team seeks a Lawyer to cover a maternity contract of at least 6 month to work in its main UK legal team based in Middlesex.

Being a vertically integrated global business, our client is looking for a qualified lawyer (either UK or qualified within a Common Law jurisdiction) who has worked within a similar sized organisation, with multiple stakeholders and a matrixed environment. You will provide day-to-day legal advice across the business, proactively managing managing disputes to constructive resolution and managing advice to the business in particular in relation to competitions law, trade sanction, patents and ABC compliance.

You will be paid a daily rate of between £365-405 (depending on experience) for an initial 6-month period and there is real scope for this to be extended well in to 2016. You will be working closely with the business and gain experience with working with multiple stakeholders in a cross jurisdictional environment .
