A leading law firm based in the City are looking for a HR service delivery team Leader to join their HR team.
This will be responsible for the day to day management and development of a team of HR administrators. These responsibilities will include operational management and development, process and policy improvement, ensuring all cases are resolved to an exceptional level and building and maintaining strong relationships across the team.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of HR systems, who has a proven track record in working in a HR environment and strong management experience. You should have excellent interpersonal and communicative skills and be highly organised whilst working under pressure.
