Corporate Paralegal with lots of overtime - to £33,800 + Paid OT

New York Law firm is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their Corporate department.  This position will be a very high level paralegal position where there is the opportunity of undertaking lots and lots of paid overtime and the client is flexible on whether this is a fixed term contract or permanent position, based on the needs of the candidate.  This firm is looking for a candidate who has previously worked at a high level, where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement.  Responsibilities will include completing legal research, retrieving corporate documents from Research Service Providers, processing hedge fund subscription documents, updating fund databases, assisting with bundle preparations, drafting memos, proofreading documents and any other ad hoc duties as and when required.  This firm is under 100 in size and needs a Paralegal who is willing to step up and take responsibility in an autonomous capacity as you will be the only paralegal working on a transaction.  Applicants should have strong technical skills in the standard Microsoft office package and excellent communication skills.  Ideally looking for candidates with good paralegal experience of at least 2-3 years, preferably from within a City law firm.  Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30 - 17:30 - however a flexible is needed as there is a good chance there will be overtime, including weekends.
