Ethics & Compliance Manager- EMEAR

Global industrial equipment manufacturer and supplier to heavy industries is seeking to appoint an Ethics & Compliance Manager to support the EMEAR region.

Reporting into the Ethics & Compliance Director for EMEAR you will be part of a small team and are responsible for ensuring business is conducted in adherence with regulations and Codes of Conduct as well as collaborating with colleagues to create new processes and policies. Furthermore you will also assist with developing and providing training to members of staff across the EMEAR region as well as reacting towards and providing solutions for alleged breaches of rules and regulations. You will also liaise and work with different business units in ensuring compliance issues are appropriately investigated as well as broadening the compliance culture across the business.

You have acquired at least two years' professional experience working in a Compliance environment at a multi-national company. You are a trained lawyer, financial services or IT professional by background and are seeking a new challenge to drive your career forward. A willingness to travel frequently is essential for this position as well as being fluent in German and English. In addition you are a team player with excellent communication skills.
