This Legal 500, Chambers Ranked,  regional heavy weight law firm who have an excellent reputation have an opening for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their well -regarded team. Due to a growing department, this is an excellent opportunity for either a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is looking to join this forward thinking and progressive law firm.

The role will involve handling your own caseload, ensuring that conveyancing transactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner with clients and referrers. You will run cases from instruction through to completion, dealing with both leasehold and freehold residential properties.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive with solid Residential property experience 6+PQE

• Work well in a team

• Be client focused

• Strong attention to detail

• Organised and able to prioritise workload

• Ability to reach goals and targets
