Trading Lawyer, 5+ years - Switzerland

Our client is a global trading company. They are now looking for an outstanding experienced lawyer to join their Headquarters in Switzerland. You will be advising the business on a broad variety of legal issues, e.g. structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial and financial agreements and executing sale and purchase transactions, you will advise on joint ventures and M&A transactions, compliance and regulatory matters and manage external counsel. Depending on the seniority level of the successful candidate there is also a possibility of managing lawyers in other locations.

You will be an excellent lawyer, ideally qualified in the UK, with at least 5 years' experience gained in an international trading company or with a law firm focusing on contract and international trade law. You are a strong self-starter with outstanding business acumen and very good relationship building skills with business people on all levels. You thrive in a fast paced environment and work well under tight deadlines.
