Legal Counsel Corporate, Zurich, 3-7 years PQE

Our client, a world leader in building materials, is seeking to appoint a legal counsel into its international legal and compliance team based in Zurich. As legal counsel corporate you will support on key corporate projects including M&A, joint ventures and project development, corporate restructurings and CAPEX projects and you will work closely with other stakeholders including finance and corporate holdings. You must be able to negotiate and draft complex transaction documentation as well as manage and execute transactions throughout all phases, advise on corporate regulatory matters, EPC and project finance matters. You must demonstrate considerable experience working on cross border transactions.

To qualify you must be a Swiss or European qualified lawyer bring between 3 - 7 years of relevant experience working in an international setting or in a corporate environment from a multinational company and/or international law firm. Fluent English written and oral language skills are required, other European languages would be beneficial. Some travel will be required.
