A Residential Property Solicitor is required for a initial four week locum opportunity with a respected high street practice in North Yorkshire with a view to extension.
You must either be a Qualified Solicitor, a Legal Executive, or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a busy and varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases.
The successful locum will provide prompt and accurate attention to detail and must be able to work under minimal supervision whilst covering for a vacant post. The caseload consists of up to 70 live files.
You should have case management experience, an ability to prioritise work and excellent communication skills.
A competitive hourly salary is available for the right locum. Both part-time and full-time hours will be considered.
