An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Locum to join an established Private Practice in Cheshire on a Locum basis. They require a Commercial Property Solicitor who has the ability to hit the ground running within the Commercial Property department for a 1 month interim period
Day to day duties:
- Dealing with general commercial property matters
- Undertaking commercial property transactions involving registered and unregistered titles, freehold and leasehold properties, and sales and leasebacks
- Checking reports on titles
