Corporate / Trusts Paralegal
Global financial institution are looking for a paralegal with a proven track record of working within a corporate trust, investment bank or a corporate trusts team in a leading law firm. Day to day responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing and proof reading of documentation, company secretarial matters, legal research and assisting with complex negotiations and proposals.
It is essential that you are able to handle complex matters efficiently and are able to demonstrate an understanding of complex documents for example share purchase agreements, swap agreements etc. and are able to produce accurate legal documentation in accordance with the relevant regulations.
You must have excellent academics, relevant paralegal experience and strong corporate trust knowledge as well as being able to juggle competing priorities. This role is ideal if you are looking to make the move in-house or looking for a challenging and busy role.
