IN-HOUSE COMMERCIAL LAWYER ROLE WITHIN ACADEMIC INSTITUTION – FROM NQ - EASTERN REGION NEAR LONDON – PERMANENT POSITION
An academic institution in the Eastern Region, commutable from London, is looking to recruit an in-house commercial lawyer to join their small legal team to provide legal advice across a variety of practice areas.
This in-house commercial lawyer role will involve providing legal advice on a range of areas with a specific focus on a variety of commercial contracts as well as other areas such as educational matters, intellectual property matters, company secretarial matters, corporate governance, real estate/ property law work, regulatory and other legal matters.
This academic institution has an existing small legal team.
Salary of up to approx £46,000 plus benefits package.
