CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAWYER – LONDON – PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, a niche London law firm is looking to recruit a corporate commercial lawyer to join their company commercial legal team.
The firm’s corporate commercial practice currently consists of three lawyers and primarily advises SME clients (such as start-ups, owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs) on a range of corporate and commercial law matters.
The role is for a corporate lawyer / corporate commercial lawyer to work on a variety of corporate law matters (such as business sales and purchases (both share sales and asset sales), joint ventures, shareholder agreements and financing matters) and commercial law matters (such as commercial contracts and terms and conditions).
This corporate lawyer role offers real career progression within the firm.
The candidate should be commercially minded and wish to engage in networking and business development activity.
