CORPORATE LAWYER - LONDON AND / OR SOUTH MIDLANDS/ THAMES VALLEY  REGION - PERMANENT POSITION

Corporate law team of LEGAL 500 recognised regional law firm is looking to recruit corporate lawyers at various levels (including Partner level) to join its corporate law team in Central London and/ or the South Midlands & Thames Valley Region.

Corporate lawyers will need to have strong technical skills in general corporate law matters (such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, private equity/ venture capital, finance matters, restructuring and other mainstream corporate law and company law matters) and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience in corporate law matters with an IT/ Technology focus would also be advantageous.

The role will also involve business development/ marketing and developing client relationships.
