Private Client Solicitors / Fellow Legal Executives required for roles in East and West Yorkshire for a highly respected law firm.
You will be 2 years PQE minimum, Full or part STEP qualification would be a bonus, and have experience of dealing with:
Wills and Probates
Lasting Powers of Attorney
Tax and Estate Planning
Setting up of Trusts
Tax matters for Deceased Estates
Claims against Estates
Court of Protection
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic team player, who can work on their own initiative, and be able to pick up cases and handle them effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential for these roles.
