COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LAWYER - HERTFORDSHIRE L4L514

Our niche client law firm based in Hertfordshire is now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join their Commercial Property team.  The successful candidate will become involved in property development but needs sound experience in commercial leases 1954 Act, commercial estates, licence to assign, licence for works etc.  This role has arisen due to an increase in work and will involve an amount of Residential Conveyancing, however within the context of a wider commercial objective.

This is a well-established and highly regarded firm in the area. Client care is of the utmost importance and our clients are looking for someone who can be flexible in their approach, which is essential to the role.  This is an excellent opportunity to build strong relations with clients who have previously been provided a first class service.  They have luxurious offices and have a good working ethos/environment.

The Skills required:

General Commercial Conveyancing experience;

Experience in Commercial Leases 1954 Act;

Commercial Estates;

Licence to assign;

Licence for works etc.,

Some knowledge of residential lease extensions and enfranchisements;

Some experience or willingness to lease residential development work;

Experience in Options Section 106 Agreements;

Plot Sales;

General residential knowledge especially regarding landlord registration requirements under leases and leasehold information packs (LPE);

The Candidate:

Our clients will consider all levels of PQE, given the structure of the Commercial Property Department.  If you have good commercial property experience, possess excellent client care and proactive skills and are looking to commit to a long-lasting career, then we would like to hear from you.

Hours: 9-5.30pm   Holidays: Standard + Bank Holidays:  Start Date: ASAP  Salary: £Competitive ++ Bonus plus Benefits.

*Although our clients are looking for someone full-time, they will also consider those wishing to work on a part-time basis to fit in with work/life balance.

*This role is based in Hertfordshire, however, it is accessible from other routes.

NB. Levels of pqe are a guide and this firm will also consider those with more or less pqe experience who can demonstrate the skills required and salary will reflect this.
