Professional Support Lawyer  -  Finance - ICM - Capital Markets - Derivatives  - Structured Finance – 2-5 pqe - London - Magic Circle  

We are one of the few preferred agents for this highly impressive Magic Circle firm.  Their cutting edge Capital Markets Finance team is looking for a professional support lawyer to support their derivatives/structured finance team.   The ideal candidate will have between 2-5 years pqe; whilst experience in derivatives or structured finance transactions would be ideal the firm is happy to consider lawyers with backgrounds in other finance areas or financial services/regulatory. 

The role has great depth and breadth from technical updates, to training and development of fee earners, to BD (pitches, client materials,) monitoring legal and commercial developments in the market, liaison with the international network and representation at industry events.  The team are looking for an individual (existing PSL or fee earner looking to move across) who is innovative, has superb communication skills and the gravitas to make and shape the role to give the team further edge in the market. You will also be highly organised and proactive. This role can be part time for a suitable candidate.
