Our client is a leading regional law firm

They are looking to recruit a legal secretary for their Bournemouth office

You must have conveyancing experience (although not necessarily with professional qualifications) good spoken and written English and be able to progress matters with minimal supervision. Duties directly connected with the work include:-

Secretary/Admin aspect of the role

Audio Typing

Copy Typing

Word processing (competence in Microsoft Word and Excel needed)

Telephone answering and recording of messages and appointments

Communication with clients and others

Dealing with all usual aspects of legal office administration and file management

Liaising with clients in correspondence, on the telephone and in person

Commissioning searches and pre-contract enquiries

Dealing with post completion matters to include completion and submission of SDLT forms and registrations at Land Registry and Companies House
