Commercial Property Fee Earner, York - We are currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Legal Executive or non qualified highly skilled fee earner to join the Commercial Property department of highly regarded law firm in York. Our client is seeking applications from candidates ideally with upwards of 2 years experience, however they would consider applications from those with the relevant knowledge of the area.

The Role

-You will manage your own varied caseload of Commercial Property matters from start to completion
-This will include acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, secured lending to planning and development work
-You will be joining a close knit team and will be expected to work well individually and as a collective
-Our client works with a client base of local SMEs and larger commercial businesses and this will give you fantastic exposure to high quality work

The Candidate

-Previous Commercial Property experience is essential for this role. This could be within a fee earning or similar capacity as long as you have an excellent knowledge of this area of law
-You will be able to work well under pressure individually and also enjoy working as part of a team
-You will have excellent client care skills
-You will also have fantastic communication, time management, organisation skills
